What We Ask of Our Clients

  • We ask that clients arrive early. Please stay in your car and notify the salon via text that you have arrived. Please wait until directed/requested by Salon staff to meet us at the front door. You may be taken on time or asked to wait as we adjust to the new regulations. Please plan accordingly.
  • All clients must wear a face mask that always covers the nose and mouth, even while receiving services. These will be provided for you if you arrive without one.
  • Clients will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 by a no touch forehead thermometer. If a temperature exists you will be asked to reschedule for at least 14 days and 50% rescheduling fee will occur.
  • If no temperature or other symptoms exist you will be asked to apply hand sanitizer or wash your hands.
  • Please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others in the salon except for when staff are directly providing client services.
  • As we require a credit or debit card on file to book an appointment we ask that all clients pay by touch-less checkout to avoid / limit client interaction. Cash is always accepted as it is our nations currency.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • All staff will wear a face mask that covers the nose and mouth. Gloves will be worn at all times when in the salon.
  • Hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol will be readily available in all areas.
  • Before each shift all staff will be screened for symptoms via no touch forehead thermometer. Staff with any symptoms will not be allowed to work for at least 14 days.
  • Staff must maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others in the salon except for when directly providing client services.
  • All waiting areas will be removed, in order to comply with social distancing.
  • Reception desks will be staffed with minimal employees, please be patient and kind.
  • Clients must be scheduled by appointment; we apologize, no walk-ins will be accepted.
  • Ample time will be allocated between clients in order to complete required sanitation procedures.
  • Workstations and treatment rooms will be routinely and frequently cleaned.
  • All surfaces and tools used for services will be cleaned and disinfected after each service. Disinfected implements will be stored in closed containers that have also been disinfected.
  • We will clean and disinfect chairs and headrests and another salon furniture before and after each client.
  • Restrooms will be regularly cleaned and disinfected.
  • We will disinfect POS terminals after each use and routinely throughout the day disinfect reception counter, door handles and salon surfaces. Salon 700 is committed to providing a safe and clean work space for our clients and staff.
